Pilates with a twist! And a Lift!!

Okay, so 25 minutes a class, your probably thinking how am I even going to get a workout. From the minute class starts, on this what I like to call "black bat mobile" Pilates machine, you are lifted and twisted by the instructor while you fight to hold poses and your body shakes and burns. Starting with abs, arms and legs this is a full body workout that works muscles you didn't even know you had. Located in WEHO and is a must for any fitness class addict like myself 😂
